Neon City Riders

Pretty awesome game although its definitely a bit of a challenge. Open world 80s futuristic old school fun😎

Good but hard game I love everything this game have to offer good old 16 bit fun a good beat em up👍👍👍👍

This game is really fun to play. It does offers good gameplay with alot electrifying actions, ambiguous puzzles, and, of course, alot of smashes 🎇! Though there were parts that challenging and brain boggling frustrations, but all is fair. All it takes is trial and error and you'll be relief when you make things right. The music is mediocre, some that I like and some are too repetitive. Overall, I recommend this game. Give it a try! 😁

NCR is a 2D 3/4 overhead perspective beat-em-up with a bit of "bring this item to this NPC" quests and very light Metroidvania. There are 4 areas with their own gangs and themes. Each area has 4 or so types of enemies each with a unique attack as well as a mid and main boss. The areas typically aren't too big and some areas have light puzzling. Game looks great, controls well but I found a lot of the classic soundtrack to be repetitve and dull. The game has 2 difficulty levels and lots of in game optional help to fine tune difficulty. It's fairly short and outside of one optional achievement can be completed in about 10 hours. I don't see myself every playing this again either. The game is a bit too short and repetitve for the asking price in my opinion. Still a good time in a good looking world in a retro genre that has not been overdone. I got this at half off and I feel I got my moneys worth but I would not feel that way at full price.

Tons of english language typos -- must be not one native speaker proofread the text. Most of the game you're just backtracking or doing fetch quests, and most of the time you'll be 80% through a section before you realize you're in the wrong part and need a special move that you haven't unlocked yet. Speaking of, got stuck in the labs because I'm supposed to "shoulder pad" ram myself over a gap but he just dies continually because the game overestimates where the animation for falling to your death begins. Bought this heavily discounted and was looking forward to playing a retro homage but even still it was a waste of money. Can't even google playthroughs or guides because this game is *that* indie that no one's played it.
