New Tales from the Borderlands

Loved the first TFTB, however this game was very underwhelming. It felt like there were more cinematic cutscenes than actual gameplay decisions and the characters are very forgetable in a bland world. Very dissapointed at the lack of original characters from before too. Not worth it

I typically go for 100% completion on most games but I found myself struggling to see this game to it's conclusion. The characters are annoying, unrelatable, and have a try hard mindset. I also don't mind this genre of game but the gameplay here was almost non-existent. If you REALLY want this game I'd suggest waiting for a steep sale. Other than that, I suffered through this game so you don't have to. Take heed.

Unfortunately this game is nothin like the first tales from the Borderlands. Literally nothing happened the whole game. There was no big decisions till the end. The first game had at least 1 to 2 big decisions each episode. This game was a cash grab 100%

The first Borderlands game I've genuinely hated, even The Pre-Sequel is better than this turd. Terrible characters, atrocious dialogue, boring story that goes nowhere, avoid like the plague. I miss Telltale.

Who ever wrote the script needs a reality check. I played episode 1 and its all cringe dialogue. Not only that but the episode is 95% filler bs with 5 % plot. Literally nothing happened to serve the plot until the end. Also jumping between 3 stories at once just makes it slower and holy hell was it boring. Regret buying
