Night in the Woods

Thank you Alec. And thank you Infinite Fall for giving me an unforgettable experience. I will never forget the things this game has tought me. The lessons of self reflection, coping with disassociation, moving on, trying new things but remembering the things you've done with the people you've loved. And friends and family. Thank you.

I can relate so much to what Mae is going through. This game made me feel understood. I wish I had a friend like Bea, or any friends at all lol. Night in the Woods came along at the perfect time to help me through a difficult chapter in my life. Peak story telling.

You dont see a whole lot of games that are so focused on the story and character development, at least i cant find any. The effort to details and visuals in this game are wonderful :)

Completely bold and unique. Obviously the story is great, but the world itself is so well crafted. People exist and feel in this game in a way a game made up of 2D animals shouldn't be able to. But they do. Mae views these real, complex, gut punching truths in a way that is authentic to the character, and crushing to the player. And somehow, Mae's almost naive optimism and youth provides the deepest poetry in the game. A must play for those whol wish to laugh, cry, and above else vibe.
