Night Slashers: Remake

It would be nice to have the option to play the Arcade original

I said before they needed to fix a few things like hit detection, awkward controls and movement. I think they fixed the issues. The game plays a lot better now. Hit detection is better, movement is smoother and every enemy dies gorily not like before when some kills felt like they didn't function right.

I'm not going to lie i've played countless games over the last 40yrs. I do not remember ever seeing this Arcade Beat 'em up in any arcade. As a teenager this would've been up my alley (instead of fighting the cookie cutter punks & gang members you are brawling w/ Zombies, Vampires, Slasher villains knock-offs, etc. For 1993 this is truly a outlier! (super ahead of it's time) i have no real point of reference but, this is honestly one of the absolute best "Retro Remakes" in the last decade! Especially considering the low price tag. Is it perfect??? No but, the time the studio put within this remake tells you a lot (i doubt they will release a game like this and then abandon it with no real Quality of life updates! Don't let the minuscule issues sway you from purchasing this 90's Buried treasure This is truly peak Data East© (if anyone played this original Arcade cabinet in the 90's please DM i have a few questions regarding this game)

Brings me back

Still prefer original version, but at least they made it more available
