Nightmare Boy

excellent game! hours of gourish fun! controls are easy to master. challenging levels and huge boss battles.

Game boring and dull. I got the game on sale and still feel ripped off. Game is unfinished. Save your money and time.

One of the worst metroidvanias i ever played and i have played like 30 in my life. I loved Anima gate of memories and Demon's crystals. Which were both badland games but this one is terrible.

save system suck send u too far back and no save outside boss rooms

Everything a Metroidvania can do wrong, Nightmare Boy does. There is little impetus to explore, and it rarely feels rewarding to do so. The boss fights are anticlimactic. 90% of the combat in the game is sitting in place and swinging your fists desparately against the same enemy, with the same style of combat; walking straight towards you. The controls were apt, as they were Nightmarishly clunky. Take a pass on this one.
