Neat game doesn't work

A decent retro game. It does get challenging at times yet its rewarding. A balance of puzzles and shooting. It did get a bit frustrating at first but once you are familiarized with how the game functions it becomes enjoyable. A game where I was drawn to tackle the next challenge.
