I'm not sure if the earlier reviews ended up getting them but after purchasing on 8/19 I didn't get the coins. Seems like I got the skin fine though.
I'll update if I get them later and they were just slow.
Normally I wait longer in case it's this way but seeing the other reviews and my other coin purchases being instant makes me think there could be an issue.
