If you are into shooters such as Ikaruga or Radiant Silvergun, then this maybe right up your alley. Rookies need not apply as the below reviewer just showcased. He'd rather trash the game except taking responsibility for sucking at it, Git Gud my dude.

I really enjoyed how matching the color weapon (X - blue, A - green, B - red) to the different colored enemies works. Depending on which weapon hits which target, you can regen your shield, regen your super powerful attack, or increase damage on target. Like another reviewer said, no button mashing. Just hold the button you want (X - blue, A - green, B - red) and it auto-fires that weapon. The skill challenge is pairing the color weapon with the color target based on what you currently need: shield recharge, powerful attack recharge, or quick kills. Its quite fun. May be a little on the short side as other reviewers have said.

What seems like a simple, straightforward arcade shmup on the surface; quickly reveals a brilliant strategic depth with it's "rock-paper-scissors" weapon mechanics, add to it some beautiful visuals with an interesting neo-aztec mythology, fun and engaging gameplay, and a storyline that may be a little short, but it actually holds your attention. This is all-around beautifully crafted game 10/10- Thaks MANUFACTURE 43 for bringing this to Xbox.

I admire the game design and the fact that you have to learn to play well to do well. Button mashing will get you nowhere. LOL
