QUByte Classics - The Immortal by PIKO

Nice ports of a classic.

Overall, this port is faithful to the original, one of my favorite games of the NES era. Despite what other reviewers say, you DO NOT have to use the 20-character password system to save/load your game. This game supports save states and has 5 slots to save/load from at anytime during gameplay by pressing LT+RT, so I can't see how this port could be called lazy. It's a modern touch that makes the game more bearable, as it is VERY trial-and-error based and you will die a TON. For fans of the original, it is worth the 7 bucks.

I forgot how to do everything-like block. I haven't blocked one time yet!!! I don't remember the monsters steadily swinging non-stop, I thought there was a stamina meter and they slowed a bit to recharge or something. This version moves very quickly too. But, it seems to be a perfect port of an old favorite. - Thanks QUByte!

Never in my life did I ever expect to be able to play this again! Perfect!

The original Immortal, ported perfectly...this was one of the hardest games on Genesis..with tons of bloody executions..(before the days of parental warnings)...I challenge you to finish this without a guide.
