RICO London
Numskull Games · Shooter
RICO: London is a first-person shooter about making an impactful entrance, blasting the bad guys and taking care of business. Partner up with a friend to take down syndicates in a classic buddy-cop style.
The first game was cheap but also fun. This one is not as fun, is less "cheatable" . For daily: you can boost score by replayig levels 2-7, except first. After clearing level, quit , load. You can replay all levels, except 1st one, which would restart game. There's health and ammo packs. Stay back from targets, the farther the better, as they can't do as much damage. Watch health, pause and quit anytime, then just load game to try again. 4th level is hardest. Revive packs are handy. Occasionally, they clear enemies on level 5 -red door- but there's no boss then., plus any health or ammo can be grabbed. Boss on 5 was added to deter boosting, but if you kill his 2-4 minions, use the Saw machinegun at close range , but have high health when you do it. °°They have removed this boss as of 9\26 Points for slow mo and sliding kills, headshots and chain\ string kills
The levels often stay locked, with no exit ether way, effectively freezing your game, you can't quit \load, it just spins.

Not worth it.
Feels like a step back from the first game.

The action movie FPS
Firstly, this is the definitive version of Rico London, the screen tearing, poor frame rate and glitches are gone. High res, superb frame rate and buttery smooth gameplay really elevate this once flawed but fun experience. If you want an action movie Die Hard kinda FPS this is really the only one other than Battlefield Hardline. This one is for those who want nothing more than a nonstop shoot em up with a light narrative, and simple repetitive gameplay with action movie set dressing. It's a bit pricey, yet I feel its really worth it for those looking for this kind of specific experience that should be common for the genre, yet, this is the first in nearly a decade and two console cycles. Am I lying, or the only honest one here? Subjectivity says others should agree, and disagree. This is a good game that is short, but like a classic Nintendo game, if you dig it like Dug, u will dig many an afternoon with this lovingly made game for those craving an action movie arcade FPS! 😍👌😉🙌😎😜

FUN
The game is not bad. I dont know why all the bad reviews. Im 47 and have been playing games before a lot of you were born so I know bad games. I remember when you had no choice but to play awful games so maybe thats why I appreciate the work people put in and realize how lucky we are to have games this "Bad" Buy the game. Its not going to be the best game ever made but for wait for it to go on sale again and get it at $5 like I did and I promise you you wont regret it. Oh also if you love the first Die Hard you will love this game. If you want an EXCELLENT game get ROBOCOP. Other 5than that this game is solid and fun and worth the $5 I paid on sale

A Fun, Polished Disappointment
I've been waiting for this sequel for a while. While it is fun, once you start comparing it to pt1, you can't help but to start nitpicking/seeing odd developer decisions in the overall game. Here are a couple that I have mixed feelings/dislike:
Levels are a lot more linear/streamlined, so no more bactracking. But because they're longer, previous rooms get locked out as you advance. Consider this as you pass pick-ups you don't need at the moment.
Other than the doors, the levels are no longer interactive 😒. No more shooting fire extinguishers/red barrels to give you breathing room during gunfigts. What's worse is that you can't leave a room a satisfying mess after clearing it. This is a HUGE letdown.
I still recommend this game but only when it's on sale.
