Risk: Urban Assault

I enjoyed risk factions and wanted to like this game however the new reboot is nearly unplayable. The quick turn AI doesn't work. Forcing the player to put up with cheezy animated cutscenes on every turn. If you enjoy the stategy of playing risk do not buy this game. I also miss being able to win by taking every spot on the board.

This could of easily been a $5 DLC to Risk game just released, all its worth really. They fixed nothing about the flawed battle system that has no strategy but instead u have to depend on a RIGGED "random" dice toss where the AI seem to magically roll a "random" higher dice most EVERY turn...such garbage programming then they pile on leader block abilities for when you do MIRACLOUSLY roll a higher set...what a non fun FRUSTRATING time...i suggest avoid...just a reskin for a game theyve already released and were already paid for to develop with NO major improvements only added frustrations...AVOID at all costs, random dice rolls....Pffffffft....ya right!!!

I thought this game would be fun, I've loved Risk my whole life. That is, at least, until I bought this game. I played the campaign for about 30 minutes, and I lost twice in a row. Multiplayer might be better, I don't know. Judging by the campaign though, I don't think it will be. I, as of now, very seriously think that the "random" dice are totally rigged. I decided to do my civic duty and simply say, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!

Bought three copies of this for me, girlfriend, & little brother who lives out of state so we have another game to play online together. We have tried three different games & ablut half way through, the timer would freeze & you couldnt do anything besides pause & unpause back to the frozen screen. We've tried different people hosting, different maps, different game settings & nothing works. Its a lot of fun, but we can't even finish a full game together online. Please update & fix. I will re-rate when fixed. Only other complaint I have is that this game isn't dominating the world, it's dominating cities. Kind of a bummer & not what we were expecting before purchasing.

Games are rigged, You can own every property in Monopoly and AI will bypass every property, risk , a single unit can continuously high roll the entire map, better chances with carnival games
