Rock 'N Racing Off Road DX

couldve been a decent homage to super off road, and other top down racers of the 90s, but falls short in almost every way. Good things about the game include adequate track selection, 8 player local multi player, and different cars to choose (except they all feel similar, and NPCs always use same one as u). There's alot more to the bad side of this list however. Theres no HUD or lap counter, no nitros, powerups, money, or upgrades, no online multiplayer, no track editor, and no contol scheme explanation. I think its just throttle, brake and steering, but maybe theres an ebrake? only the devs know for sure. The physics are almost cool, but end up feeling restrictive and inconsistent. The car understeers off throttle, but braking seems to make the car drift. Then its hard to tell when it will regain traction which makes the car feel out of control sometimes. Also, even tho the controls are on the sticks and triggers, they arent digital, so they might as well just be buttons.

What I wouldn't give for a nicely done Super Off Road style game. Unfortunately, this isn't that. The sun effect is nauseating, for one. Devs, please make an awesome top down racer.

This game is overpriced even if it's free.

Its super off road, with no customizations for anything... super off road on NES is better💯

looks like a modernized nes game but plays like an atari game. got it for 4 dollars and still want my money back. how do you butcher a game this badly?????
