Why can't I save my game?

Fun turn base gameplay. But the save feature doesn't work. Please fix this!

Save issue!

Please fix the save problem. This game is so much fun for someone looking for a four color comic experience. Being a fan of turn base xcom style games, I fell in love with it and was very impressed with it's character creation only to keep losing the character and progress every time the game is started a new.
