Step 1, Have "remote feature" enable in your system settings. Step 2, On any online device go to the microsoft game store and login using your xbox account. Step 3, search for the DLC or game if you bought the deluxe and select "install to" and select which console. You won't be charged again if already purchased on console.

Make sure your Xbox is in sleep mode in settings, and remote features are turned on. Then on your pc or phone that your account is signed into the xbox store site\app on, go to this dlc app and select "install to xbox" and select the console you want to install it to. Hope this helps because i was struggling for a while to get these to work. It's horrible that we need to go so far out of our way to be able to use what we pay.

Its a big failure that we even have to do this. However, remotely installing the pack to your console via the Xbox website or app should fixit & download the items.

Claimed the dlc in safehouse cant use any of it

I bought the dlc for funny cool persona and I cant download it nor does it show up in game Xbox stole my precious 6 dollars and ill never get them back please read this review your getting scamed microsoft fix your **** please
