Its good, not great. The platform brawling aspect is smooth and fast but lacking any real combos or diversity. The roguelite elements are good enough for the first 50 runs or so, but very surface level. Favorite parts: Wall splats and artistic direction. Worst parts: Some room rewards are almost useless and artificial difficulty locked behind progression of unlocks. 7.5/10

This hidden gem 💎 of a game is like "Mario Smash Party" and "Dead Cells" and Curse Of The Gods" mixed into a platform fighting roguelike game and it reminds me of "Asian Astrology Zodiacs" which are what the spirits are some of the spirits may not be Zodiac but the game does have that feeling to me. Like a Ram🐐, Dragon 🐉, Bear 🐻, Fox 🦊 and etc. It also has a mix of other cultures like maybe Inca or Aztec culture because of the weapons from "Curse Of The Gods" and "The Mediary" character mixed with a touch of Chinese culture mixed into one fantasy fighting platform game. It's a very unique 💎fun game of fighting survival platform style.

I usually am not a big fan of roguelite games. I like the idea of the genre but never really was able to truly stick to one. Gungeon, TBOI, Hades, Dead Cells, etc. Once I read that this game had platform fighter controls, I knew I needed to give this game a shot. As a huge SSBU fan + general game enjoyer, I've always thought that the actual combat would work well outside of the fighting game specific context. This game stands as an example of how to do it right. Knowing this game exists makes me yearn for more. A metroidvania or a 2d RPG... This game has given me hope. 11/10.

It's Super Smash Bros meets Slay The Spire!

It's an amazing rouge lite with fighting mechanics closer to rivals of Aether. All the weapons feel great with their own combos.
