Sports Pinball Bundle

It's a bit sad a title so cheap looks this good but, plays sub par. I genuinely love real Pinball machines There's been countless pinball video games since the early days of home consoles! The Atari 2600 had a pinball game and boy was it bad! A childhood friend had a pinball game on the (NES) it was actually very good ugly but, very fun! In 2023 you still get pinball releases now & then (Usually over priced due to license being tied to the particular game/table! Touchdown Pinball looks really good but, something seems "off" The camera can be changed but, (2) angles are pretty much the same the button is option on controller. For gamers that are new to Pinball video games (This isn't going to wow you) Truth be told no Pinball video game captures what makes Pinball so much fun its replicating something you really can't bottle up and put on a tv/monitor (There's a magic playing a real pinball machine)

You can find much better pinball games for free

Poor pinball mechanics. No direction in terms of what tasks are needed to be completed in to earn point bonuses and a couple achievements.

Basketball Pinball is imo the best Pinball release from this studio! They have released 4 tables so far under $3 a table with each table having 1k Achievement score.... It's cheap & a little generic but, the NBA licence is super expensive (a huge reason why NBA Jam is in limbo) There are elements of this trying to capture the NBA Jam vibe though... For a video game conversation of a Pinball machine it's ok (The flippers seem to be almost synced with controler) But, like i said in other pinball reviews it's so difficult to copy a pinball machine (It's a completely different animal compared to a video game) it's. truly lightning in a bottle for those that never played a real life pinball machine it's a experience that really can not be transferred to a tv with a controller! Even the once king Pinball FX was lacking that soul you can only engage with a real machine. Basketball Pinball is solid for the low MSRP will scratch that itch but, it's missing that magic you can only get IRL☮️

Im torn between hating this table and its views, angle, speed, and short list of table challenges, and liking it for its short gameplay, fast reaction pace pinball, and its simple yet difficult touchdown subgame (who though that angle up, so frustrating)
