    Pure awe

This DLC perfectly captures that feeling i had when I first installed this game, and saw a pulsar, netron star and etc. Along with cool flavor text/art that also perfectly depicts the storms. Unfortunately this is counter balanced by the fact that the effects the storms themselves have is completely underwhelming, almost ALL the storms go like(not including the guaranteed devastation): Overall 100% negative followed by a niche positive, that probably doesn't positively affect the world at all💔 The thing I dislike most about this DLC though is the amount of research alternatives specifically to counteract the negative affects of the storms that aren't even necessary, -->MOST<-- negative effects aren't even that bad. THERE IS A MAP MODE THAT IS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH RESEARCH WITH 3 TIERS 99% of the content this dlc gives is: 8 "unique" storms, an ok origin, around 3 civics, and a bunch of research options, buildings, planet decisions, and star base stuff related to the storms

    Good with some issues

It was fun, the storms had nice visuals, and the extra evants were nice. But in the late game i noticed drops in frame rate when in systems with storms, and the storms felt a bit too common even with the frequency turned down
