Stellaris: Console Edition - Expansion Pass Two (X|S)

To ger the planet killer, you have to get an ascension perk for it, then you will find a new situation called "Collosus Project," after that, build a Collossal Hangar Bay at a Citadel level shipyard, then make the ship. I think you need to get the Titan first to get the planet killer, maybe not.

Its working fine. Great addition

A lot of dlc aren't working on next gen

Sorry

Seems like some of the features aren't available. Titans are there, but no planet killer. I'm late game in my current session and have researched EVERYTHING. No planet killer.
