Super Slam Dunk Touchdown
Tipping Goat LLC · Sports
Six players, all the sports and none of the rules: Super Slam Dunk Touchdown! Create a mashed-up team of players from completely different sports. Pass, punt and punch your way to sports victory in the sportsiest local multiplayer sports game ever!
If you liked the Nintendo games Blades of Steel, Arch Rivals, World Cup Soccer, or recently Super Blood Hockey, you'll likely love this! Your first couple games, it may seem "spammy", but once you get acclimated to the game -- 30 mins in or so -- it "slows down" for you, and you'll find a lot of nuance! It's almost like a different, even better game after like 8 games or so! REMEMBER: RB (Turbo/"Dash") while you have the ball/puck, makes you invincible & KO's ppl who hit you during it. That's the key to "slowing the game down". While I've mostly played as hockey players, the game seems balanced, and attempts to try cheesing a particular goal that worked before, are often foiled by getting hit. The "imbalances" in other reviews seem posted by people who played 2 games and rage quit. There seems to be a counter to everything. Also, the AI seems fine to me! They get back on defense, and aren't just "mouse chase cheese" it seems. Switching players DOES get better as you get acclimated imo!

Unique, wild, weird fun
This game was a fresh throwback to retro sports games with fast action, simple controls, and surprisingly deep gameplay. It took awhile to learn which players and styles to use but after I got the hang of it I really enjoyed the various ways to play. Give it a shot!

Not sure....
Played through the first session and feel like the game isn't worth the $15, maybe $4. Gameplay is so fast you will end up button mashing. There's no strategy to the game.
