Each 100k Gald DLC is treated as a unique, single use per save game item. So 100k Gald(2) is the item name. This keeps you from buying one and spamming it. It's also why you have to reclaim them on NG+.

Confused
Why does it say "100,000 Gald (7)" in the Unclaimed DLC menu. I feel like I should get 700,000 Gald. But i honestly just want an explanation.
