Inspired by obscure Japanese games from the 90s and late 80s, Tamashii is a unique puzzle-platformer set in a distorted world of striking horror and unsettling imagery.
I love the visuals and extremely creative puzzles this game has to offer, along with some super cool secrets to find! The one thing holding this game back for me personally are the cheap jumpscares that happen in the hub area after finishing a level. And yes, I'm aware this is a horror game, so creepy elements are to be expected. But I can't express how disapointing it is to go from well-crafted and thoughtfully disturbing levels & backgrounds, to random screamers that come out of nowhere. I'm probably the only person to complain about something so small in an otherwise great experience, but it seriously took away a lot of enjoyment for me. However, in terms of presentation and puzzle-solving, this game is a must play.

Do you like dieing over and over?
Graphics and concept are pretty cool but got dam is it hard! Be prepared to die 20-40 times minimum every time you get stuck. Ive taken explosive diarrhea dumps that were easier to get thru than this game.
