The Arbiter Leader Pack

The Arbiter is perfectly balanced and my new favorite character! It would be more realistic if he had his classic scarab though since he's not part of the Banished.

Ripa Moramee aka The (former) Arbiter returns to Halo Wars as a new DLC Leader, and hes amazing. His teleport and cloak powers bring the utility, and rage powers bring the pain. Phantom Dropships are great units when carrying his second unique unit, elite enforcers. My favorite commander by far.

I like the fact they brought back my favorite halo wars character but unlike in the first he cant perform executions and is not very good health wise the shipmaster can take more damage than the arbiter

Leaders have been great so far. I'm excited to be getting another sangheili faction.

YES! Super awesome and balanced dlc, but most of all, they really outdid themselves with the Arbiter's elite theme! Sangheili squad leaders, enforcers and phantoms push this dlc to it's righteous arby fury. Really worth the wait 👍👏❤
