THE CARD Perfect Collection Plus: Texas Hold 'em, Solitaire and others

Single player is ok. A.I. Is kinda dumb. The biggest disappointment is multi-player. You can only play minimum rounds and purses in MP. So for holdem u get 5 rounds and $100. Single player u can play 80 rounds with $4000. Very disappointing since my friends and I bought it to play together. Also, who gives a game 5 stars just because it has achievements?

But just brutally designed. 500 hours might net a couple of them. Very punishing list makes me wish i hadn't bought the game.

But they give u a Restart button and an achievement requiring 175 wins. Tedious, without forethought or playtesting. Not fun. Of course the devs can put an Undo button... and i can change the rating. The collection overall has tough but doable achievements, no easy gscore here. I love challenging games but this lacks polish and Undo buttons, a big minus when u have grueling achievements. Casual players wont like this but if u like card games and challenges with longevity, $7 is reasonable. The Texas Holdem part can be improved greatly. Xbox poker fans have been waiting for a really good one with genuine RNG for a long time. Perhaps the chevo hunter game makers or indie devs can do it since the big studios lack the motivation and brainpower.

Ignore the 1st review theres achievements

The achievements are there. The game play is hard at times, one of the computer players got 3 striaght Blackjacks. The odds of that are...unlikely. Still, the game does play well and challenges you. If you looking for quick achievements, you are at the wrong game. If you are, however, a card player wanting a challenge, this is for you.
