Man I was so excited to see this game made a console release, I bought it without question seeing how fun it was on pc...then I started the game and saw numerous problems. To list a couple: horrible screen tearing, flashing hud, lack of settings, low frame drops, pause screen not working, no tooltips. I am using the series X so I am very disappointed with the games performance atm. Im sure the dev will make fixes as they see the reviews come in. For anyone wondering if they should buy the game I will say to wait and see if there were any fixes. I played it on pc so I know this is a quality title, it just needs time. I will update my review after fixes get implemented. Update 7/3/26: So I've noticed the game is less choppy than before so thats a plus but not much has been added in terms of the flashing hud and lack of tool-tips. Also, I encountered this funny bug during the wake up sequence in the survival mode that made my character stand at a slant like MJ.

Potential
Saw this game on PC and couldn't wait for the console launch. It does have potential but some fixes are needed.
• Better optimization, some serious screen tearing issues along with flickering skybox. Also at one point I walked back into the arcade and the game took a solid minute running around 5 FPS just load everything in.
• Controls impovements (specifically watch controls) the watch controls need some work, scrolling in the watch was impossible to figure out. I also encountered a bug where running would sometimes trigger the watch button, it wasn't a consistent issue but occasionally happened.
• Also some work needs done to the guide/tutorial. This is a bit of an open ended game with a lot to do and I get that but if you're jumping in with no prior knowledge it's hard to 100% understand what you should be doing.
I'm not pushing hate on the game, I think it has serious potential to be a goofy arcade/life simulator and I'd love to this dev lean heavily into the goofiness.
