The Falconeer: Warrior Edition

This game is amazing and I feel like some people are to harsh on it. Now without spoiling let me explain what the game is like. The prologe is just helping setting up the story and giving you a tutorial. Afterwards you go through chapters but let me say that the story can basically be opptional if you love stories then continue but if just want the bloody action then you can do job quest for money. Now let me give new players a tip get used to the controls then change the diffculty easy mode is way too easy I just used it to understand contols. This game was only made by 1 person which I think they deserve a medal. The story can be a little hard to understand at first but you'll get hang of it. ...even played long enough to unlock the achievement for upgrading a weapon. And these scores are FAR too low because of it. The controls are smooth and intuitive and precise, and anyone who says otherwise didn't bother to learn to play before reviewing. the tale and lore are deep and interesting, the world is fun to explore, and best of all, it doesn't overexplain everything like you're an idiot. You get to experiment and explore and make mistakes and learn new things. Good game, i own it on 3 platforms. Decent replay value, addictive and fun. M$ really needs to add time played to reviews. At least for gamepass only reviews. Cuz some of these reviews are objectively just lies. For example, there's no cash shop for this game. There are a couple DLCs, that's it. No ingame purchases at all. It's just a lie, and it's not the only one.

Not the greatest game ever made but not all games have to be. Fun aerial combat with a decent skill ceiling, it never feels restricted when I'm pulling of somewhat advanced maneuvers. RPG lite elements with an open water world.

Bad tutorials leave you guessing about a lot of the mechanics. Claims to be optimal with HOTAS, yet the flying is so simplified that it's kind of like saying the mouse on your computer is optimized for one click buying on amazon. Not to mention the EXCESSIVE escort missions. There are some good ideas, but considering how the game plays, lack of engaging mechanics, and really bad settings and interface means you probably won't like this unless you want to play a flying game that doesn't have much fun involved.
