I had high hopes for this game. Reminded me of the old classic by Team17, Superfrog. The game itself is very decent for a platformer. You can probably beat the game in one sitting at 2 hours or less.
My issue with the game was the progress of the game is lost when you quit out of the game. If I knew this I would have soldiered on and kept playing. I was under the impression that I could continue after quitting. Time for me is precious. I can always buy more games, but I cannot buy more time.
Overall, the game mechanics were well done and the levels was well thought out during the design process.
Eventually I will come back to the game. Hopefully this game gets a hotfix and future buyers will have that opportunity. For me, even if a patch came out, I would lose the progress I already had, since it would be patched and I had to start from scratch.

The Fast Journey is a very "old-school" Platformer but, boy it gets to be a rough go (within 90min. You'll have the entire 1k Boost but, only if you are a skilled platformer the last 4 screens are truly Darksouls brutal i probably died 25x's trying to get to the final boss.....There's also this strange option picking up flies (which has no real point as of now) More then likely it'll get another 1-2k Achievement update down the line if there's a patch/update hopefully it gets tweaked this game is being difficulty just to be difficult (No way this is for kids) Unless parents want a broken tv & controler
