The Fisherman - Fishing Planet: Blue Crab Island Expansion

Bought but cant download or play

I bought this with my own damn money and i cant play

I purchased and NEVER RECEIVED. You cannot download it. It is showing to buy and not owned yet billed. Stupid Xbox denied My refund request and didnt even bother to actually look at account or understand the issue. ALL THREE DLC purchased for this game was paid for, never received, not owned, not nothing. You cannot call or get help with refunds thru phone. I will be filling numerous complaints and creating multiple headaches for this fraud on three transactions.

DO NOT BUY I DID NOT GET MY GAME

Yall suck
