The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II: Extended Edition

The first Van Helsing game was the first game I have completed in a while, so when I saw this one I bought it as soon as I could. So far I'm enjoying myself with 2 as much as I did 1. The banter between Van Helsing and Katarina is still amusing and I have been chuckling as I play. Being able to bring my character from 1 into 2 was great, with the exception that the storage inventory didn't import, just the inventory being carried. My biggest complaint is one of timing on the release of the deluxe edition, or whatever they've called it. $20 for the game and all currently available DLC not two weeks after I paid $15 for the base game, then whatever it was for each DLC minus the Ink Hunt DLC, which I haven't bought yet. The game has barely been available for 6 months, and they release this. Nobody's fault really, but I wish I'd seen an announcement that they were releasing the new edition, I would have waited a couple weeks, rather than pay more to get it all as I have to now.

Good game. You should give it a shot if you enjoy LOOT~FESTS.... 👍👍👍

creators responded, &said i must hold down orup on direction pad, so i give this great game 5 stars now... in chapter 1 the return to prisoner 7 in the lair, the portals dont work, so im stuck unable to progress, microsoft just ended the chat INSTANTLY they seen bad game no help, explanation, guidance, nothing so guess im out the money since just learned no refunds unless the creators offer a update which doubt seeing how long its been out, which sucks cuz i was huge fan of the first one...BUY AT OWN RISK, I'll update if it's fixed in update.

diablo style action rpg, seems pretty good sofar.....

Its a decent enough Diablo style game with some funny humor thrown in. Though on the harder difficulties you get killed in one hit a lot from the stronger enemies or get quickly killed when like 50 weaker enemies swarm you at once... I usually had to lower the difficulty just to get through these parts since theres a cooldown period to use a health potion which becomes very frustrating on heroic difficulty. I also have like 5 achievements that are stuck at like 90 plus percent and wont unlock... even though the achievement tracker in the game says I completed it. Overall, it's a decent game just buggy achievements and can be frustrating on the harder difficulties.
