This is surprisingly well crafted and actually adds some refreshingly novel mechanics to the standard tank control horror setup, like first person aiming. Really fascinating setting mixing cyberpunk with a rural post-apocalyptic vibe. The character models have that claylike uncanniness of the original Fallout or Normality and the aesthetic is surprisingly cohesive. There's a bit of jank overall but it adds to the charm, and it's refreshingly oldschool in how it handles inventory puzzles without handholding. Zero regrets as a fan of PSX horrors and DOS/Win9x adventures. The story and world are very well crafted, clearly a labor of love, and unlike many low-rez indie games it isn't just copying a well known franchise. This one is truly unique. If you like survival horror, the 90s aesthetic, or the idea of a cyberpunk Lovecraftian mystery adventure, this is 100% up your alley.
