The Persistence

60 fps. Cool scifi horror theme. Void basterds mixed with alien isolation mixed with dead space mixed with bioshock..,TAKE MY $$$...btw...procedural maps, so when u die and u will die, everything changes, u lose ur inv, but keep upgrades and currency...5 stars imo...cya, im off to play now...

Really fun dead space like game. No running in this game so your constantly using your available arsenal to stay alive which for me adds to the scare factor. No real jump scares but with the unique weapons, upgrades, and constant changing maps, this game gives u enough to keep it enjoyable. And at 60fps,great atmospheric music & under 30 bucks, welll worth it!!

I've learned a valuable lesson today and that is to never trust ratings and reviews from Xbox. This game is just stupid and cheap. Priced way to high. The reviews are definitely the developers. Anyone in their right mind wouldn't give more than 2 stars and thats pushing it.

Its a good game that changes as you go from floor to floor. When you die you loose all weapons that you had but keep any upgrades you purchase in between runs. I can tell this game is ment for VR but it did transfer well. Not to hard so long as you figure out what weapon is good for what monster. As for the scary part can have the dark atmosphere but not realy. Lacking in some of the graphics but hey not a triple A title with huge budget. One piece of advice... If you need to leave the game do so from the starting deck, you will keep your stuff from that run but will reset all floors and you can upgrade during that run. Meens lots of weapons and can even do the game in one life if done right. Overall good game with good replay but not great.

I don't like roguelikes... I love THIS roguelike! Maybe it's the setting, maybe it's the vibe... I'm not sure. There's a lot to like here: stealth, combat, horror, exploration, strategy... it's all here! If any of that sounds like you, do yourself a favor and buy this game. Five mutant thumbs WAY up!
