The Thieves Den

The NPC's of Dunburrough(??) Cove are the highest & easiest trainers you can find. (If you can stop them from trying to kill each other, game glitch) & the training chest is a nice suprise.

makes me hard

Havin to join and work to get high paying fences from the thieves guild is a hassle. Now i got somewere to try loot without gaining the imfamy.

Endless fence use good place to get money and if you fancy being the essential Robin Hood that is the Grey Fox you can train with the chest and people for everything imagining what you wish. However a few glitching bugs but I never experienced them so they are rare or a NPC running into another as one NPC is training I seen that happen all around the game though.

Adds a nice base of opperations for thieves, not to mention how cool it looks, and in such a clever location.
