The World After is a extremely unique FMV-point & click hybrid! It's writen as this social commentary on real world events (example George A. Romero Dead Series & John Carpenter's They Live) But, this seems more like propaganda to feed into conspiracy theorist & fringe groups! Maybe i'm way off but, it's crazy talking points even on a satirical level. I understand all art is subjective to interpretation.Visually it's pretty but, the message it's trying to convey is lost in translation. I would've payed extras for some sort of creator commentary to have better insight to what was being said to the audience (This would probably baffle David Lynch 😜🤦♂️😜)
