Time Rift

Story wise it was better than any Watch Dogs game and that says a lot from a small indie puzzle shooter! The gameplay works great and the puzzles are challenging and make clever uses of direction or the order of progressing through a level without getting blown to smithereens or caught by the never stopping chasing firewall that's literally a wall btw! 😁 While the slowing time ability helps you out by giving you more time to think about your next move, it might be a bit too powerful and I caught myself using it more than it was needed. Basically you can beat the entire game in slow-mo, which makes this ability almost too strong. Perhaps a higher difficulty or time limit for how long slow-mo is activated would add some additional challenge! But overall it's a fun game and my only idea for the ending and to make the "Make VaultCo explode" achievement more enjoyable would've been that some "resistance" users join you and cause a massive chain reaction to make the server explode !! ⚡😈👌

The visual style is simple but quite effective. Movement is fluid and animations are crisp. For the most part the game plays like a puzzle game with reflex based gameplay, but the puzzles are mild and the reflex components of the game are very forgiving because of 2 abilities. Fairly easy game overall but still a fun ~3-4 hour experience. Pretty standard dystopian themes, unfortunately the small text for some of the emails is hard to read. *Product Received for Free*
