To the Moon is a game that sticks with you. I first played it back 2018 & am buying it again on Xbox in 2024, if that's any indication. It tells such a tragic, yet somehow heartwarming story that makes the experience well worth while. And the music is gorgeous. It may look like a 16-bit JRPG, but don't go in expecting action. This one is more about object interaction and light puzzle solving. It may even just bring a few tears.

Well worth your Time
I bought this for the time-travelling precept, and stayed for the emotional story and music through the credit roll. Check the achievements if you want them in advance, you can easily go through a playthrough without getting any. The detailed pixel art is a nice nostalgic method to convey the well written script, and I liked the banter between the specialists as they worked though the lifespan of their client. There's two more episodes in this series that I'm sure to try next. Only issue was a few hard crashes on start up that made me restart my X1X, even after reinstall with a cleared cache. Ran well with no glitches once I got to start screen. Recommend.

Beautiful
This game changed who I became as a person. Music and story, the attention to detail, and the entire production are simply stunning. I remember crying in my room as a 12 year old boy. Seeing what love was for the first time.
