An absolutely lovely game with one of the worst bugs I've seen. I've lost many hours of gameplay now on two separate occasions. Both times my campaign was reset to one of the early levels, and I think it may relate to quick resume, meaning the game isn't actually saving your progress upon completing a level. Extremely disappointing.

Great sim management game
This is a great sim resource management game. At first I was disappointed it wasn't exactly like Train Valley 1, but now having played more, I like it better. First, the trains don't automatically run so you have time to plan and layout your tracks strategically. In this game you're moving resources between stations to build items for cities. You make money upon deliveries which you use to build more tracks, bridges, or tunnels. Space is constrained and terrain is varied offering interesting challenges. It also has various timed events on some levels which makes for a dynamic experience. There's a ton of content so it's definitely a good value. My only complaint is like TV1, the track laying controls are annoying at times with an xbox controller. These games play better with mouse and keyboard, but it's less of an issue here because the game doesn't demand much reaction in real time if you plan your tracks well. Overall I highly recommend.
