Vambrace: Dungeon Monarch

The game is not hard to navigate as far as controls go, as the previous review states. It is a bit on the slower paced side, which is fine, but also noteworthy. Other than that its pretty fun, worm types are dope 😁

Really enjoyed the story and gameplay all the way through. The only issues i had that dropped this down to a 4 star was a bug that i almost always encountered when rerolling perks they would go invisible so itll be random which one you click on since you can no longer see what youre choosing. Also it would have been nice to get a little more descriptions on things like buildings during reward picking or keywords on cards.

Im not big on stories, got the game because i love dungeon defense games. BUT, i personnally loved the story. Kept wanting to beat the next level to answer more questions.

Had to use a mouse in tutorial, gets worse in story

Decent spin on monster-train style game, story is akin to hades, intriguing and compelling. For a small studio, the art design is bearable but the clunky UI mapping is not. By the time I got to chapter 12 there's a bugged animation during movement phase, making the game unplayable.
