It's the same rank as Click Bait but a lower BR, can research everything from Rank 1 to VIII, and its gun can basically deal with most targets at its BR and since 11.3 is an uncommon BR you'll find yourself moslty in 10.0 Lobby's. The cherry on top is the fact it's cheaper than over-priced Click Bait, can't really go wrong picking this up.
