Worse Than Death

An evil within gone 2d pixel

Wonderful game with an interesting story and great art style! Sondtrack and sound design fantastic as well! For the price, this game is a steal. Would most definitely recommend checking out if you're into quirky, pixelated indie horror.

Linear, 1 play thru is enough ,challenging ish puzzles but not difficult. Fun and different.

Gives the vibes of Silent Hill with puzzels of original Resident Evils. Gameplay is pretty basic, although enemies tend to be pretty slow when hiding from them so it can be a bit tedious when you get caught but not unbearable. Story is roughly 3-4 hours long depending on your speed with puzzles. Some characters could of been elaborated on to add more punch to the ending but still works well. Definitely worth your time and money and I hope we see more games from Benjamin Rivers (Inc.) on Xbox.

Got iton sale for about $1.30. Def some fun to be had. Nice pixel art style, puzzles are casual and easy to solve withou being tedious, and monster mechanics/hiding works well (instant death if caught but respawn takes you back to last door used. I recommend this for a buck as its a. Solid game all around....but the ending is not good. It feels hollow without much of a payoff. Pick it up as a low key time killer, but not worth more than what i paid
