ACA NEOGEO BLUE'S JOURNEY

If you are a child of the 80's and grew up during the 8bit/16bit console war you owe it to yourself to get this arcade gem! This is one of best action platformers I'm sure many people missed. Its a little Mario & Zelda meets Adventure Island with a story that was decades a head of the time. dealing with environmental "issues" For 1991 this game as a whole was on a different level compared to what Sega and Nintendo at this time. The only real negative is the horrible broken menu all the NeoGeo ports have..... If you want a unique retro title not cheap Indie garbage Blue's Journey is a must 10/10

Not a bad game coming from a system that was REALLY lacking in this genre. Colorful & full of sweets retro sounds, this cutesy looking platformer can sometimes demand more of your skills than it has a right to. The game struggles with it's identity, unable to decide if it wants to play like Mario or Megaman. Still it's a breath of fresh air for the Neo Geo collector. Achievement hunters will find this game is very possible to grab them all but it'll take a little work. Nothing near hard to do though. Overall I recommend.

Another NEOGEO hit, the performance is great and the graphics you would expect from a NEOGEO arcade. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is because the game itself tends to get a bit difficult and frustrating near the end, a good challenge is expected but this must have ate some serious quarters.
