Aliens: Fireteam Elite Into the Hive Edition

Good game, enjoyable and good time with friends

Updated review. Went back on after not playing for a while. Actually my pc friend wanted to play due to crossplay. And i gotta say the game still holds up strong. Im replaying the campaign and tryin out the game modes and im having fun. Game's atmosphere doesnt disappoint. Gunplay is easy and fun. Servers have players.(mostly on game modes)Better to play on crossplay. Only problem with the game are the private party servers. Trying to start a party on crossplay can be a chore. Sometimes it doesnt work at all. Thats where the love needs to be at. A couple of server updates and new content can give this game a high boost. The game itself isnt bad at all by any means. Just needs love like the middle child :(

TLDR: Game for Aliens / Left for Dead / WWZ / Back for Blood Fans. It is very faithful to the Aliens franchise; sounds & visuals are spot-on. In the end though, you have to be someone who can enjoy the inherent repetition of games like LfD, WWZ, and BfB. There is a ton of content. Great $:hour ratio.

Its fun I really enjoy this game! Hope they make a sequel.

Fun in short bursts. I love the classes and detail. Aliens fans will enjoy. No story, just shoot, reload, heal, and repeat. Some call it L4D with an Alien skin. If that was the case, this game would be king. Not the best, but not horrible. Need vs where you play as Aliens to prevent marine from escaping. Buy on sale, not full price.
