Borderlands 4: Vault Hunter Pack

It feels more like borderlands. Weird and more jokes. Not all of them will land but that happens. Art direction is on point as well as enemy design (lot of body horror). Mancubus is low key one of the best characters in the franchise now. Nothing bad to say about the story. CA$H even at level 20 is fun to play. Build diversity should be good. He is a Rogue class but also a strong summoner/caster. Biggest issues are: 1) Dialogue not playing properly like you are hearing only one side of the conversation. Happened a couple of times to be really annoying but not enough to miss important story beats. 2) Pricing. $30 is a tall asking price. It needs to be lower.

C4SH is an excellent addition, especially in comparison to the base games characters. That being said, this is by far the worst of the Borderlands franchise dlc's. The main story can be completed in an whopping 2.5 hours without engaging in any side content, and about 4.5 to 5 hours for completionists, and yet is double the price of Love Guns and Tenticles from BL3 with a fraction of the content. There are also massive bugs imbedded into progression of quests, many of which require having to fully exit the game and restart the application to progress, just to repeat this action 10 minutes later. Please do not commit the same mistake and buy blind out of excitement as I did, fully research this product then decide if it is worth your money.

New character is great. This isnt an expansion though. Compared to dlc from previous titles it is a joke. The fact that this is one of two expansions is really sad. Bl3 dlcs were so much better its not even close.

Story was boring yet confusing idk how they managed to do that. Only brightspot is cash very fun. Good VH still super disappointed by gearbox. Bl3 had 10x the amount of content in dlcs
