I used to hate fishing, but the time spent witth my dad was priceless. Ask to go fishing one day, enjoy the open air, ask the person about things that are on your mind. Fishing brings people together. Get some friends together, leave the phones alone and go fishing, the memories will last longer and bring you all closer.

Waited 3 hours for it to turn dark so I could catch a fish for a challenge. Ended up going fishing in real life while I waited and It made me question what I was doing with my life.

Better than I expected after watching trailer. Its fun & became highly addictive. Found myself putting hours into this game. In 48hrs I purchased the DLC Norway ..was even more better & Bigger Fish! Lots of challenges to keep you busy and plenty of exploring. You can play and fish with friends or find New Fishing buds. Even though on game pass was free and I Downloaded to try ..Purchased the deluxe with season pass & don't regret 1 bit. Give it a try..you'll be Hooked !

I seldom leave reviews but I came back here to say that this open-world fishing game is addictive, enjoyable, and relaxing. It has a few rough edges and quirks for the developers to work out, but nothing as horrible as some other fishing games I've seen. Joining multiplayer with friends was a little glitchy but eventually worked, the distance of your cast doesn't visually match the measurements, and it doesn't have fly fishing. What this game DOES have is a huge open world to explore and fish with friends! Graphical scenery is the best in the genre, as well as the fact that you can fish in the same boat or ride in the same jeep with your friends! If you love fishing, you'll probably like this game. If the devs fix a few minor quirks, it'll be a 5* game!
