Discovery Tour: Viking Age

Great game if you like history and game development. Lots of insight into how game was made. The quests are also really intriguing seeing how life was in this era. It took me 4 hours 23 to finish game and collect all achievements.

I appreciate it is a standalone history experience which is informative, however, it is a bit over-priced since it was a free DLC without achievements for AC Valhalla. This standalone verison should be $10-$15 and I supported this in hopes previous and future Discovery Tours have standalone verisons too. The story was fine, however, too much happened offscreen between quests and the ending did not show what happened to the guy and what the girl did to find him. I wish the other Valhalla DLC locations were present. Also, I wish the unlocks were available in the standalone verision or rather progress carried between the versions. The game size is pretty big too and I hope they optimized it properly since most of Valhalla's content is absent. Historical mini-games would have been a nice addition.

Beautiful game and graphics exploration is fun game is solid and smooth would have been 5 stars if you could explore more of the castle interiors.

takes 1000 years to load, obnoxious warning sceen and splash screens 👁️‍🗨️cant turn off majority of ridiculously stupid popups that ruin the game
