Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream

Haven't finished it yet but am definitely captivated with the story and world. Cutscenes are gorgeous and full of life with outstanding voice acting and the gameplay is tense and rewarding. Definitely impressed this is the studios first game!

Take place in Scandinavia around early 1900s of Northern Europe. Countries of Sweden, Norway & Denmark. Ties with Finland, Iceland & Faroe Island if you're a historian fan! Graphis is an A+! Great cinematic scenes & best details in artwork! A masterpiece for casural gamers!

Gameplay is smooth and rewarding. Story keeps you interested. Camera work is so good. Its not a giveme game. Meaning that you have to think your way through it. I love it.

It's a shame that this game isn't getting the attention it unquestionably deserves. Eriksholm is the best stealth game I have ever played. Period. The amount of player freedom is mind blowing. You can handle scenarios with an incredible degree of flexibility & creativity. You can play with the agility of your unbridled imagination, within the limits of the game's ultra smooth, dynamic coding. The AI is realistic, & the world feels genuine, from the reactions of the human NPCs to their response, I've never seen such confident programming in any other stealth game. Eriksholm is a massive paradigm shift, opening up totally new levels of possibility for the genre. The game also has some of the most remarkable graphics I've ever seen - especially in the cinematic cutscenes. The expressions convey emotional depths in digital characters that haven't been expressed in gaming before. I believe the only appropriate word for a game as revolutionary as Eriksholm is a Singularity. Bravo!!!
