The Casting of Frank Stone Deluxe Edition
Behaviour Interactive · Action & adventure
The shadow of Frank Stone looms over Cedar Hills, a town forever altered by his violent past. As a group of young friends are about to discover, Stone’s blood-soaked legacy cuts deep, leaving scars across families, generations, and the very fabric of reality itself.
The characters hype Frank Stone up to be the ultimate bad@** & bro's barely in it. I love Super Massive games so I'll always support & buy their games but this one was pretty boring. Action in the beginning & end, nothing in the middle.

SHAKE IT UP.....
Does the controller need to vibrate that damn much on the initial start up...? (asking for a friend)

Good Fan Service, Not Much Else
Supermassive has made several of these narrative driven experiences, and usually they actually have a good narrative to run with. This one doesn't. The characters range from contrived, dull, or annoying, with maybe one eexception. The story is convoluted and hard to follow. Everything feels very low stakes because you barely know these characters, and what little you do know isn't interesting. The gameplay is simplified with the main form of combatting the monster being pressing one button. There is just nothing interesting, no choices with dilemmas or memorable moments. It does however expand upon the lore of Dead By Daylight, which if you are a fan of that game it is nice to see, and really the only worthwhile part of the experience. Overall, I couldn't recommend this game to anyone who doesn't like Dead By Daylight, and even then it's still a slog.

Oh
I love supermassive... This felt like a hot mess, i really wanted to love it, the trailer was soo good, and the story was super captivating (like Little hope in a way) but then it completely fkn lost me and i felt like i was waiting and waiting for it to get better. Now im not a huge fan of dbd but i played enough to understand, the gens, relics, skill checks and other easter eggs were cool to see. But unlike SM other games where tf were the jump scares? why were there SO many pointless paths w nothing ON top of tht i had to go through the same damn area like 50 times w nothing new or even any type of threat.. I was literally just running from door to door. It felt like nothing even happened until like chapter 10 :/. Frank stone hardly in it fr. horrible ending too tf u mean oh this campfire safe end. I get thats dbd related but are we *******. Feel like its missing ab 10 more chaps. Achievement hunters dont bother fr, pure pain.

Love it so far!
It’s been a great story .. great graphics… and gets you hooked very quickly! Lot of references connecting it to dead by daylight as promised and even found a baby hillbilly doll! Can’t wait to see what else the game has in store!
