TLDR: Fun game; Exponentially better played Co-Op!
In the spirit of It Takes Two and Unravel 2, this title has been a joy to play co-op with a friend on the same screen. After a 10-hour marathon session (and 30% through main quest... We're explorers and completionists) it never felt stale or repetative; the crafting materials seem to scale as you upgrade equipment yet some resources we hoarded and thought obsolete came in handy later. The game focuses on the destruction and self-improvement (with lots of rpg-style upgrade choices) without becoming mired in the tedium of hunger management or resource caps. Getting more carry storage is part of gameplay but, thankfully, there doesn't seem to be a (noticable) limit to your drop-off storage, which is accessible at multiple locations throughout the impressive map. Plus, both collecting AND storing materials offer XP rewards. Great title worth well more than the retail price.

Slept on.
This games breaks ratings for me. These devs reaaally love us with every aspect of DYSMANTLE. They absolutely have gone above & beyond with this. 10/10 would pay full price if not, 60$ INCREDIBLE!! These big wig microtransaction companies got nothing on these talented people.

No microtransactions or ads. One difficulty, the game is as difficult as you make it. No DLC shoved down your throat. After losing interest in gaming for a while, this game got me to love video games again. Much love to the devs for a stellar experience. This has been a message from K23, the Crown station
