Worth $30
If you enjoyed the base game, then you should consider getting this. Far Harbor is fantastic, the story, atmosphere, and weapons are all great. Nuka-World is underrated imo, a problem with fo4 was the lack of interesting side quests, but all the side quests in Nuka-World will get your attention. People also seem to neglect Automatron, but it brings some interesting new enemies and quests as well. The bad thing about this season pass is the workshop DLC's. Given, I did enjoy Vault-Tec Workshop quite a bit, a lot of people hate building settlements in fo4. I would've much rather had another story DLC, then 3 workshop DLC's. All together though, I felt this was definitely worth the $30 I paid. If you've yet to buy it, I recommend waiting on a sale.

Vault-Tec Calling!
This DLC is alright. It adds a new quest to help an Overseer build a Vault. The good side to this is that once you're done getting all the supplies from the Vault into your workshop, you can share the rest of it with your other settlements as there's a lot there. Also there's a ton of new stuff to build for your settlement like Vault furniture and Vault building....which brings me to the cons. Vault building is difficult and confusing, even with the entire cave cleared out and having the room and resources needed, it's still a pain. One last con, which is when you complete the final mission, that's it. It's only about 6+ quests and you're done. It's worth it alone for the furniture and easy achievements but other than that, but it's not essential.

If you build it they will come pt.1
First the Pros: This dlc is great, opening up alot of customization and style for your settlements making up for a good portion of incomplete areas in the vanilla game with a few setting pieces that make your settlement feel like cohesive part of the fallout universe. Now the Cons: Although this dlc adds a little immersion into the Fallout world in my opinion it didn't have enough functional pieces ie...buildable and usable restrooms with working sinks showers and toilets(Usuable only with a specific water resource rating) i think this would not only enhance immersion but also reward players for well thought out settlements but also for the time needed to accumulate the resources to make them a functional settlement. Now that is pretty much my gripe about this building dlc i wanted more things that made me feel like i am surviving in the wasteland and it is a living growing thing, constantly changing and reacting to the harsh reality of this new world.

Very fun, although there is a problem.
This DLC does add a bit more fun to Fallout 4, although it lacks functionality. So far, most of the quests that were included in this add-on have had glitched out, making it not capable of continuing. If you only want the new objects and structures and you don't really care about the quests, then I would definitely suggest that you get this add-on.

A Strong Follow-up to F3 and Skyrim
Despite lacking a basic crime system or karma system, this is a very well-made open-world RPG. The mechanics cross the line into FPS territory, allowing for a faster, more tactical combat than its predecessors. The DLCs are diverse and well thought out, though the smaller ones seem overpriced for the volume of their content. The mods are a nice attachment, but shy in comparison to PC mods, in size, quality, and load order capacity. In comparison to Skyrim and Fallout 3, it is not quite as revolutionary, but holds its own as another great Bethesda title. Compared to other games of its year, it stands out as one of the best, at par with hits like The Witcher 3.
