FLYING TIGERS: SHADOWS OVER CHINA

I've always loved combat flight simulators, so I was glad to see an air combat game finally released on XB1. All in all its good game, but it did have a few thing that kept me from giving 5 stars. first, and this is more preference, the game is a little more arcade then I would have liked. enemy aircraft have an outrageous amount of health which sometimes made dogfights go on a little too long. Second, the campaign was good, but didn't stand out to much. I didn't have a level that stuck out as one I could play again and again, because they all felt similar and tedious. all in all its good to be up in the air again, but is a long way from birds of steel or wings of pray. I would suggest this game to all fans of flight though.

If you are looking for an arcade like flight game this is a pretty good one. Story, gameplay controls, and graphics are all decent. For less than $20 its not bad at all. I am really enjoying the game and if you are like me and like WW2 era planes then you may enjoy it as well.

Everything about the game is just OK. Voice acting, the story, the graphics, the controls, it's all decent nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done. Which one can't complain considering it's only $20. overall decent campaign OK multiplayer worth the asking price in my opinion. nothing too fancy but it'll hopefully keep you tide over till Ace Combat 7 comes out.

Set controls to Pitch/Roll and this becomes a great flight sim. Planes are great. The voice acting is corny. The multiplayer is host based (fine if host has a good connection). But all in all its a fun game. Easy achievements if thats your thing.

seems a bit like blazing angels, which isnt a bad thing. need more flight titles on xb1
