Genesis Noir

In an age of mindless shooters, this 'game' not only made me think, it made me think about how I think... Thank you! I finished it on Game Pass and bought it out of respect. Beautifully done.

A visually captivating creation story about time, death, and the nature of the universe. The plot, such as it is, slowly unfolds through simple images and a noir style framing. This game asks you to think and consider rather than hand you the narrative. Definitely not for everyone but I loved it.

I put this game on the back burner for some time, checked it out... looked interesting, but reviews put me off. Until i played it. Its a point and click puzzle game, and has a somewhat slowburn start. I was immediately immersed in the art style... Its simply beautiful to somber eyes.... And the swinging, ghostly, sorrowful jazz throughout... Potent. This game is nearly a movie, (and would make a fantastic one) with interactivity. The story is great. Symbolism out the wazoo. If you're at all familier with 'Outer Wilds' this is 100% a game you should try. No similarities gameplay-wise, but musically, yearning for the mystery and spectical, and existentially very similar. Its sciency and educational at times. Surprising and encapsulating exposition and ending. Just give it a try.

Loved every bit, takes you all over, but just hang tight until the end because its worth. Thank you team for making a beautiful and fun experience of a game. Make more please. Big fan

Innovative and unique. Expansive and introspective. It gets more interesting as you play, and the last 2 chapters *chefs kiss* Folks who dont like this should probably just play a bit longer as it takes a bit to get going. Its also not for everyone. This is like a light puzzle game, with big philosophy and crazy story telling. The art and visuals are unique and interesting. If you decide to play this game, please give it a fair chance. <3
