Genetic Disaster

I'll stae the flaws first: -You can't control the camera at all, and with more players it's even worse -You're punished for playing solo. More players = more enemies sure, but tons more crystals and mutes you wouldn't get solo, as well as quicker long-term progression, but it's local play only. -RNG is pretty rough. Procedural gen means some pretty horrific weapons on super long maps. -It drags on. 12 levels, 3 being bosses, but you have to repeatedly do it to get all mutes. Pros: -Gunplay is fun -Local play is a plus and being able to be res'd is good -Long term progression via crystal exchange for mutes (takes a ton though) -Art is unique and weapons and enemies have good variety. Overall, get on sale for like 5USD if you can.

Game is hard. The hidden powerups are criptic to find. Found zero. Gameplay is fun but getting past level 3 without helpful boost is difficult. Typed on a controller. Edit 2022 now 2026 - still too difficult for most gamers even on easy mode

The camera focuses entirely on the middle of each room, often times leaving your character and some enemies off screen completely! After defeating the first boss, the camera refused to shift it's attention, and i could not progress further. The door (if there was one, as it was off screen) would not open. Just have the camera follow the player like Enter the Gungeon! That aside, pretty solid foundation. Would like to see more characters/customization (alt skins). P.S. THE GAME DOESN'T SAVE PROGRESS AT ALL! After quitting the game, all unlocked mutations and deposited gems disappeared. Will not play until this is fixed.

Takes time get use but once get goin its pretty fun and cool power ups so fun for repeat
